Abstract

Parallel abstract (English)
Although it is clear that alcohol has a positive effect on health (antioxidant effects and rich in various vitamins and minerals) excessive alcohol consumption becomes a public health problem of great importance. What we have shown that excessive alcohol consumption is particularly widespread among young people. Since this is the age at which the process of physiological and psychological growth and development is not completed, the negative effect of alcohol is especially expressed. Young, however, are not adequately aware of the negative impact of excessive alcohol consumption. Their lack of awareness contribute, despite the declaration in favor, social measures in society that have not yet become operational. The most common form of struggle against alcohol is reduced to pharmacotherapy regardless of what she does not achieve satisfactory results. In fighting alcoholism is not sufficient monotherapy but a wider range of social measures.
