Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu uspješno je razvijena metoda za odjeljivanje enantiomera tetramizola. Mijenjanjem uvjeta metoda ispitane su četiri različite kolone, kiralne i ne-kiralne. Uspješno je razvijena metoda na ACQUITY UPC2 Trefoil AMY1 (2,1 x 150 mm, 2,5 μm) i Chiralpak IC-3 (2,1 x 100 mm, 3 μm) koloni. Za odjeljivanje enantiomera tetramizola na ACQUITY UPC2 Trefoil AMY1 koloni potrebno je 4,0 min, dok je za njihovo odjeljivanje na Chiralpak IC-3 koloni potrebno 5,0 min. Metoda je validirana na obje kolone.

Abstract (english)

In this study, a UPLC method for separating tetramisole enantiomers was successfully developed. By changing method conditions, four columns were tested, both chiral and non-chiral. The method was successfully developed using ACQUITY UPC2 Trefoil AMY1 (2.1 x 150 mm, 2.5 μm) and Chiralpak IC-3 (2.1 x 100 mm, 3 μm) columns. The estimated time for separating dexamisole and levamisole using the ACQUITY UPC2 Trefoil AMY1 column amounts to 4.0 minutes, while 5.0 minutes are needed to separate the two enantiomers when using the Chilarpak IC-3 column. The method was validated with regard to both columns.
