Abstract

Cilj ovoga rada bio je pokazati važnost adherencije na terapiju i istaknuti veliki problem loše adherencije na inhalatornu terapiju kod oboljenja dišnih puteva, astme i KOPB-a.
Astma i KOPB su bolesti kroničnog tijeka i potrebno je kontrolirati upalu, smanjiti pojavu egzacerbacija i komorbiditeta. Pokazano je da se kod astme upotrebom postojećih lijekova može bitno popraviti kvaliteta ţivota, smanjiti egzacerbacije i u konačnici smanjiti smrtnost uzrokovana ovom bolesti. Provedene studije... More ukazuju da pogoršanje tijeka astme privremeno izrazito povećava adherenciju. Povezanost tijeka KOPB-a i adherencije na inhalatornu terapiju treba detaljno istražiti u budućnosti jer određeni radovi pokazuju kako adherencija na propisanu terapiju smanjuje rizik od smrti, dok drugi pokazuju da adherencija na terapiju bitno ne utječe na tijek bolesti. Abstract (english)

The aim of the study was to reveal how important adherence is on therapy and highlight big problem of nonadherence on inhaled therapy at respiratory diseases.
Asthma and COPB are chronic inflammatory disease and it is important to control inflammation, and also reduced appearance of exacerbations and comorbidity. It has been shown that using existing medicines in asthma treatment can significantly improve the quality of life, reduce exacerbations and in final reduce the mortality caused... More by this diseases. Implemented studies reveal that impairment of asthma course temporarily substantially increases adherence. Connection of COPB course and adherence on inhaled therapy needs to explore in detail in future because some studies shows that adherence on prescribed therapy, reduced death risk, while others shows that adherence on prescribed therapy do not substantially effect on illness course.
