Abstract

Biljne droge koje se već stoljećima primjenjuju u liječenju u sklopu sustava tradicionalne kineske
medicine u novije su vrijeme sve popularnije i u zapadnim zemljama. Na temelju rezultata
sustavnog pretraživanja i proučavanja stručne i znanstvene literature, u ovom radu dan je pregled
biljnih izvora, tradicionalnih primjena u sklopu TCM-a, rezultata dosadašnjih fitokemijskih
istraživanja, pretkliničkih i kliničkih studija za šest kineskih bilnjih droga: Coptidis rhizoma,
Corydalis rhizoma, Dioscoreae nipponicae rhizoma, Gastrodiae rhizoma, Ligustici chuanxiong
rhizoma i Ligustici radix et rhizoma. Za odabrane droge, dobivene od podanka i korijena kineskih
biljnih vrsta, utvrđene su norme kakvoće u obliku suvremenih monografija u važećem devetom
izdanju Europske farmakopeje te su sastavni dio rada i hrvatski prijevodi tih monografija.

Abstract (english)

Herbal drugs used for centuries as part of Traditional Chinese medicine healing system in recent
times have been gaining in popularity in Westem countries. Based on the results of systematic
search and study of professional and scientific literature, this paper provides an overview of plant
sources, traditional applications within TCM, results of previous phytochemical studies, preclinical
and clinical studies far six Chinese herbs: Coptidis rhizoma, Corydalis rhizoma , Dioscoreae
nipponicae rhizoma, Gastrodiae rhizoma, Ligustici chuanxiong rhizoma and Ligustici radix et
rhizoma. Far selected drugs derived from the roots and rhizomes of Chinese plant species, quality
standards have been established in the form of modem monographs in the current ninth edition of
the European Pharmacopoeia, so the Croatian translations of these monographs are an integral part
of this thesis.
