Abstract

Primjena informacijskih i komunikacijskih tehnologija promijenila je način pružanja zdravstvene skrbi. Ljekarništvo i ljekarnici moraju ići ukorak s digitalnom transformacijom ljekarničke skrbi. Tehnologije digitalnog zdravlja donijet će ljekarnicima nove, proširene zadaće i odgovornosti te ulogu „trenera digitalnog zdravlja“. Time će ljekarnik, kao zdravstveni profesionalac, postati jedinstveni tehnološki stručnjak koji razumije, primjenjuje i preporučava različite eHealth tehnologije i platforme, kao što su telefarmacija, mZdravlje, nosivi uređaji, Internet medicinskih stvari, elektronički zdravstveni zapisi te ostale tehnologije i intervencije koje omogućavaju provođenje kvalitetnije ljekarničke skrbi. Kako i sami pacijenti implementiraju u svoj životni stil razne digitalne tehnologije u službi vlastitog zdravlja, ljekarnik će svojim poznavanjem tehnologija digitalnog zdravlja znatno olakšati i pomoći pacijentu u tumačenju brojnih zdravstvenih podataka skupljenih pomoću novih tehnologija te mu pružiti adekvatnu ljekarničku skrb.

Abstract (english)

The use of information and communication technologies has changed the way healthcare is provided. Pharmacy and pharmacists must keep pace with the digital transformation of pharmaceutical care. Digital health technologies will bring pharmacists new, expanded tasks and responsibilities and the role of "digital health coach". In this way, the pharmacist, as a health professional, will become a unique technology expert who understands, applies, and recommends various eHealth technologies and platforms, such as telepharmacy, mHealth, wearable devices, the Internet of Things, electronic health records and other technologies and interventions in the field of pharmaceutical care. As patients themselves implement various digital technologies for self-care and self-medication, the pharmacist will significantly facilitate and help the patient in interpreting numerous health data collected using new technologies and provide him with adequate pharmaceutical care.
